You've got questions - we've got answers. Below, you will find answers to our most common questions. If you can't find the answer, you are looking for, please contact us via phone or email and we'd be happy to give you an answer.
Yes, writing text is a time-consuming process and you will be charged from $125.00 - $250.00 per page. (Depends on the amount of writing and research) You will be asked to supply ABP with appropriate literature and/or bullet points so we have the necessary information to write your copy.
The only additional cost is the hosting fee amounting to $250/year. This fee covers the hosting and maintenance of your site, meaning we can make small changes to your website free of charge, supply you with a monthly report of activity, and monitor your site for any problems.
Yes, e-mail is included in the price of the website. You can have up to 50 different e-mails on your account.
Don’t worry, we include one visit to your location to set up all the e-mail accounts and make sure they are working properly.
Yes, you can add additional pages and content; the hourly rate is $75 and there is a one-hour minimum.
It can take anywhere from 7-14 days for the transition but it is usually a fairly smooth transition. We do most of the work with you (the business owner) only having to make one or two phone calls to authorize the change.
While you may want to keep some elements and text from your current site, we recommend starting over since most businesses are looking for a completely new look for their site anyway.
Yes, we can have your brochure or flyer in a PDF file and anyone can view it and print it.
Yes, we can put a contact page on the site for people to request information, an estimate, etc. and you can control what personal information to ask for (address, phone number, etc).
Yes, every month we will give you a detailed report containing data on the number of visitors for the month, as well as each day of the month, what key words they typed into the search engines to find you and much more.
Streaming video is not downloaded to your computer. The video is sent to your computer in a constant stream so you only have a wait a few seconds before the video starts and the rest of the information is being received in a “stream” as you watch the video.
Yes and for many reasons. You don’t have the long wait time for the video to be downloaded to your computer and you only have to wait a few seconds before it starts playing. People are leery of downloading to their computers, for fear of viruses. Streaming video is usually a better quality than downloaded video.
People with dial-up will probably have problems watching the videos but if someone has dial-up, they are probably not spending too much time on the Internet. The number of people who have dial-up is falling due to the wide availability of DSL and broadband, both of which are faster and comparable in price.
Yes, we have both male and female talent and you may choose which is best for your video. There is a $75/hour fee for the talent.
Yes, audio is included in the price (you can have both music and voice-over in your segment). If you need talent for your voice-over, there is a $75/hour fee for the talent.
Yes, we will work with you or your IT person to get your video streaming onto your website.
No, we can add titles, graphics or logos to your video for no additional cost.
Filming is $150/hour for one camera and $50/hour for the second camera. Editing is $125/hour.
Yes. The same footage can be used for both but it must be rendered and compressed differently for the two formats.
Yes, we keep all footage in case you want to use it for another video segment.
We have three video packages for streaming video onto your website; one, two and three minute segments. If you have a custom video project, such as a training video, you will be charged our hourly rate for filming and editing. While we can give you a rough estimate, we will not know the exact cost until the work is done. Depending on the project, filming is very hard to estimate and the more tape there is, the longer the edit time.
We use the JVC model GY-HD100 ProHD (high definition).
